Our story
Started with a simple frustration.
Too many drivers were paying yearly memberships for a service they used once, or waiting hours while a national operator tried to find them a local contractor. Birmingham deserved better: one local number, one fixed quote, one team that actually shows up.
Why we started
Breakdown cover had become a subscription business. Drivers paid every year whether they broke down or not, then still waited at the roadside. We wanted the opposite: no membership, no call centre queue, just help when you need it.
